Welcome to 5^th & 6^th Grade Math!!!!

Hi guys!!!  My name is Tonya Nelson!  I live here in Cole Camp with my husband, Zach and 3 children: Avery, Emmett and Max!  Avery is a 1^st grader this year, and Emmett will be in pre-school here at Cole Camp R-I.  Max will turn 2 in December.  I coach Archery, which will start after Thanksgiving.  My favorite hobbies include baking, bow-hunting and running.  I enjoy spending time with my family and being outside!

I am a Cole Camp Alumni and graduated from here in 2004.  I continued my education at Central Methodist University in Fayette, MO receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in 2007. Then I received my Master’s Degree in 2008 from the University of Missouri-Columbia.  In 2013, I completed my Education Specialist’s Degree in Administration through William Woods University.  This will be my 14^th year teaching math and my 8^th year teaching in Cole Camp.  I taught 7^th grade math for 6 years in Mexico, MO and Marshall, MO. I enjoy MATH and KIDS and believe that each year is a new opportunity to grow!!!
